BENI is covering Konayuki so I guess that counts as a winter ballad
Ai Otsuka's is just a ballad (and a really boring one) Who is BoA? Last I heard of her she was irrelevant tbh Kana Nishino's is just a regular R&B ballad with no winter influences. There are literally no good winter ballads this year. Y'all better off just playing songs from the past like Meri Kuri by BoA or You were... by Ayu.
