That's ridiculous. She has been on Kouhaku several times. She was on TV all the time from 1992-2006. After that, her appearances have been sporadic. I think she just doesn't want to go.
btw, the Feel tour is amazing.
The lack of dancing imo from the Dome tour is remedied and back in full force.
