It was successful or else they wouldn't have made sequels and specials in the first place. It is faring well in comparison to other dramas of the same time slot as well (Fuji Thursday 22:00).

Definitely a worthy tie-in if you ask me.

I feel the exact same way with you, it felt so bland and flat. It's a cute slow song yes but I don't feeling it at all
