Also, Lelio got airplay on a radio show.
And the dub mix of Terminal was premiered from Armin van Buuren on his radio show.

Plus considering the Premium Showcase concerts and the discs with 2 new osngs on each venue, this is Avex strategy this time.

I wonder if we'll get extended versions of some tracks (I can imagine an extended mix for Lelio).

Seems like Lelio and XOXO were tailored for radio airplay. I know Ayu doesn't seem to get much airplay on the less J-pop heavy stations like J-WAVE, for instance. The overall Western vibe might convince DJ's to actually spin these.

I was already expecting low sales for this album to due its music content. And now that everything has almost leaked my guesses are near 25k for the first week

I just like the albums where songs are VERY DIFFRENT from each other. Maybe I would enjoy 'whole rock album' just because it's my thing, but in the end it would feel too massive (just like GUILTY, i guess).

What is forever love is also very cool and even if i don't like those feats Ayu does, Urata isn't as annoying as i tought he would be

Just listened to What is forever love and Lelio. Not impressed. Both are boring and ugh, her Engrish... it made me cringe in What is forever love.

i cant stop playing what is forever love. this should an ending theme of an anime series!

i guess avex is not really focusing on physical sales anymore looking at the current digital release pattern. all they need to do is making ayu releases 'relevant' to the buyers of digital songs. i barely know an ayu song that can hit record sales like i.e. Hikki's

I agree... I wasn't that excited about XOXO, but when I heard the longer preview I freaked out. It sounds AMAZING!!!

Leaks don't really affect sales all that much I think... at least for Japanese fans. Could mean a small/large handful of international fans buy or don't buy the album. A lot of news sites actually covered the fact that the new songs were all available to TA members so the 'leaks' are actually a promotional tactic this time around.

Well, I assumed that she would have been chosen to do the theme song for the new season again, which is why I thought the song was most likely made before hand.

Anyways, I love all of the longer previews so much and the full versions of Lelio, What is Forever Love, and NOW & 4EVA. Lelio seems a little short though and her English/voice is questionable at times. What is Forever Love is amazing despite the cheesiness factor of the lyrics. I love her speaking sections though, and the track reminds me a lot of I Miss You by Miliyah Kato, which is one of my favorite songs from her album, HEAVEN. But it's also made by DAISHI DANCE. NOW & 4EVA is just classic Ayu, which with this album full of new explorations, is nice to have.

XOXO seems like a summer song and the verses change the feel of it completely. I think the PV will be fun. The verses totally remind me of TRF though, which isn't a bad thing. Angel actually has more depth to it than I previously thought. It reminds me a lot of the material on LOVEppears. And I love trance music so Terminal will be boss.

i guess one good thing this album could bring to me is a gazzilion of promo mag shoots different than what we've been getting so far, something not pastel and romantic. And she shoud do more live TV performances as well, tho without an actual single for it it's very unlikelly this will happen.

also am i the only one who's dead curious about the tour's setlist? o_O

I'm really liking the longer previews and full versions of Lelio and What is forever love. If the order of the songs is the same as on the preview, I think it could work well without interludes.

Whenever I see the word Lelio I imagine Leloo from 5th Element.

After listening to the longer previews and those full versions I'm really positively surprised, it's kind of old feeling in a new way. However, I'm not fond of Ayu's vocal in the last part of Angel, it's kind of weak and off, but she seems to sing like that on purpose.

For me, I don't care if ayumi trying to follow the trend on music genre . Because she will sing the song with her style, and only she can sing like that. Btw I just hear the previews. I loooooooove every songs.

^ Well, even if she is following a trend, it's important to realize that Ayu has really never ventured into this genre before. Which is saying something considering she's done nearly every other genre of music ever.
