Yeah and she stated that there will be a newly updated TA and stuff in fall, but like... I kind of don't care... (Well I'm still looking forward to what it'll be like) Like... TA has no real purpose now. One of the big benefits of TA was the possibility of going to TV recordings and video recordings, but now she a.) doesn't go on tv and b.) doesn't film in Japan.

News will often be updated on other sites before it's on TA, and her concerts aren't nearly as difficult to get tickets for as they were before, so the necessity of being a TA member is lessening.

We get to pay more money for limited editions, yay. -_-

She's also had a few failed promises. What happened to "from now on I'll have all my posts translated into English! Meet so-and-so, she'll be doing them!"--that lasted like 4 months lol.

Half the time it's her staff updating it too.

All this -plus- no mags leaves me wanting much more. I like to think she's not intentionally doing all this, but it's just starting to build up.

Hopefully the update will be significant.

What happened to that five-consecutive-releases that lead to "LOVE again"? I remember that a few fans would participate with their singing in a new Ayu song and Avex uploaded the vocal track and instrumental pieces of "You & Me" but not a single remix ever made it to an official release :0

I've wondered about the vocal tracks too. I wonder if there were a lot of fine print things like "you need to do it at this time at this place and no alternatives" and stuff.

It's possible they snuck the vocals in somewhere without making a fuss about it, but who knows...

I am really sad latelly...when i think what was the last time i had a song on repeat for weeks, or the times when i would be photoshoping stuff with her like crazy...it's all gone it seems...she's not inspiring me anymore...not these days.. just miss that feeling so much. I've already lost a fave male artists, found what to replace him with but still it's bittersweet. And now It feels like i'm loosing a connection with Ayu and her stuff, slowly and painfully, too. T_T It feels like starvation. I NEED MUSIC!!!!! *sobs*

wow, you are totally right. I completely forgot about those promises.
What tokyoxjapanxfan said too. I used to have TA when they promise they would translate the messages into English... it's pretty disappointing they make promises they cannot keep.

Hmm? The Remo-con and SHINICHI OSAWA mixes of You & Me were on LOVE.

Ah, not sure where to post this, but ayu mentioned on TA on Aug 4th that she was shooting for a magazine, and a new jacket (cover), and then said "oops, did I say that? hehehe" type of comment.

I think she has something planned.

Perhaps this is Terminal related? Or something completely different?

Yepp, one of my facebook friends told me about the shooting for a new cover a couple of days ago and I doubt it's for a completely new single. There's still hope for my (well, our) remix single of "Terminal" *.*

I'm hoping it's for terminal but it could be for a new single. I don't think it's too early considering "MOON" was a free download for those who bought RnRC. I think that's pretty ridiculous in itself. Hold your horses lady, one thing at a time.

However LOVEppears did have 2 recut singles back to back so maybe it could be for Terminal.

Today i was walking and first i was addicted to listening to Sarah Brightman and her epic "fleurs du mal", "running" and "phantom of the opera" so i was set in such mood and then Ayu's "Lelio" started xD Such a style change xD I decided how horribly varied my tastes are! When Lelio started after those songs i imagined Ayu from the music video blowing pink bubble gum and exploding on her face
Actually i decided that this is the only element missing in this video so it could bear the title of the most cheesy video ever from her (not that it doesn't).
