I liked the concert!! It was different yet very beautiful. All I have to say is that something happened after leilo. At the last part I felt like ayu's microphone got turned on. I could hear breathing, and her real singing voice came in and it honestly took the concert to another level. So in my overall opinion ayu lip synch the whole concert up until the end of leilo and you and me. The energy and the realness of her voice was way different compared to the electronic processed voice that I heard at the beginning which ruined it for me.

^I absolutely agree. I watched the concert yesterday evening and the change in her voice in the last part of Lelio got me by surprise. Everything after this change seems... real (don't know how else to say it). The emotions, the voice, just everything. Why did they have to process her voice sooo much T_T

I was shocked for a while aftering watching her rubbed her bum on Shuya's crotch during "identity" at AT09. I guess I've adjusted to the idea, though, because I thought XOXO was super fun (I'm not a huge fan of the PV, but that has more to do with the way it was filmed, and a little too much of what feels like "narcissism" over "fun." But maybe she's onto something with the whole "selfie generation." But I digress). It was a crazy sex parade and it was awesome.


I would also recommend that people watch again and see what they think when we get the DVD version. The camera cuts in the WOWOW version were weird.
Also, I suppose this is true with any concert, but when I watched this one again to relive seeing it live, it felt nowhere near the experience I'd had (granted, about three seats from the center stage--I got too excited and had to do some slow breathing with my eyes closed when I saw the seat). Which is to be expected!

I agree! I think a lot of bad things people said is due to the bad work of cameras. There aren't focus on her face, and I want this. I hope her eyes and expressions (Or if she is having fun o bored) can be more detectable in the DVD.

The part on XOXO get me crazy! I like the sexyness from the beginning to the end.

wow the concert. well I think and I am very happy that she is so happy performing this time round. most if not all her personal outfits were bangin' hot too. my only complaints though...

1) her dancers' outfits. eww.. garbage makes me wanna gurl that robocop thing they're wearing in WHATEVER has been rehashed since 2010 I AM BORED

2) eww again at Because of You section where the dancers are wearing the same as taskinst/1 LOVE/until that Day... from 2007, seriously?

3) What is forever love? IS AN EMBARRASSMENT. I don't care she's hamming it up for the camera but someone needs to tell the poor girl she looks like a moron on stage reaching out for an ugly guy.. just ugh I am so embarrassed for her. it's one of the better songs on the album but she kinda made me cringe a hell lot

4) decision, BoY... aka unnecessary recycled performances. she could have really done up the EDM vibe for the concert but removing these old performances she's been doing since CDL or whatever concert from 2013 and rehearsing and thinking of new concepts for NEW performances to fit the concert. And Then, Naturally, Sparkle, etc could have been so much better-fitting

5) Terminal was well okay but she gave really strong lazy vibes because she just doesn't do much. I dunno like even the choreography really didn't do Terminal justice. such a fierce song but what such a performance that makes me run to the terminal and leave

the GOOD:

1) TO BE/Hello new me was surprisingly cute!! she's so happy too

2) great vocals imo.. except the weirdly processed parts I thought she sounded beautiful especially in WHATEVER, NEVER EVER & TO BE.

3) Angel.

4) love the stage design too. and her outfits.

I actually loved the XOXO dance lol the steamy parts were the best, I love how she's an independent woman who does whatever she wants without being afraid of slut shaming.
I haven't seen the full show yet, but I loved what I saw, although it wasn't much, just some performances I was very curious about: WHATEVER, Last Angel, Terminal, Connected, XOXO and Lelio.

No harnesses of any kind were used, since it would have interfered with her ability to move. There was a mat underneath her, though. You can see her dancers standing on it later in the song.

I don't know what to think about this concert, i just wanna see how it's gonna be this CDL ( if we have one).
I don't know, on the last CDL Ayu looks diferent, so happy withouth those circle lens and everything.
BLEH, i don't connected myself with this showcase, I really expect that she does better on the next CDL/tour

I just saw XOXO, Angel and Lelio+You & Me

XOXO's choreo is stunning! Definitely one of the better choreos I've seen in a long time. Lico choreo-ed it i guess? greatjob

Angel was stunning but Adagio for A was EVEN MORE IMPRESSIVE!!! I couldn't believe it was Ayu doing that. I loved the screen effects in Angel and the live is amazing!

Lelio, well like what the rest said, her live voice only appeared at the end somehow. The song is amazing but the live could be better but the energy is still great! You & Me is just...fun in an awesome way

Just watched it. I really liked it, it was a great and fun show! The only thing I found boring as hell and didn't liked were TO BE and Hello new me. I love TO BE as a song but those two songs, the dress, actually the whole performance was so out of place compared to the rest of the show, that I don't like it. I wished she woud have switched the to songs to the encore section and with a stripped down performance, then it would be fine.

Seen it all now and I think this is one of her best TV live in past years. Vocals were good. Seeing the whole thing now I can see why there is so much more back track in some somes. Shes dancing more and felt like she gave more energy with the whole show. If you seen a Koda concert you will know that its done when the artist is doing something more physical, too which ayu was a lot more physical/dancing in her tour this year than her past. I still got get the complaints. Maybe people has fiddled with their equalizers and that causes problems with the TV version audio. I have good speakers with base and it sounded good. Not dvd good but still good. Though I will say that What is forever love felt like is was forgotten to be put into the set-list when they were planning, but still a nice little dramatic acting from ayu. Overall I loved this years TV version. Connected sounded really good, with good speakers and a subwoofer
But I don't get this over processed voiced, all it sounded like to me is that they gave her voice sort of an echo effect or Terminal for example. I wonder how many people actually know how the audio is actually processed before they say its over processed

Ayu has to catch one direction, her concert is a mess of feelings, sad faces, etc
