I don't think her career will ever be over. (that is until she decides to stop making music).
Is her career of a high selling musician over. Yes... has been. But even Colours did rather well for a solo female artist. Nothing like what she use to do, but like most solo artist right now, they just are not selling high numbers anymore. Oricon is outdated and needs to get in touch with the digital age.
