(unofficial?) tie in song?

So I was just casually playing Angry Birds Transformers on my phone when an ad popped up for another game and I instantly recognised the background music: MY ALL.



The game is called Paramon but beyond that I have no idea what it's about. Kinda cool they're using MY ALL as a song (and internationally too, I got this in Ireland). But I doubt they have permission to use the song. And they have an instrumental version which I'm somewhat jealous of.

But I looked around the website. No mention of ayu or avex but I reckon they used it without asking. You can tell they tried to cover her back vocal
