If Facebook translation did works well then you would have known that they didn'tignore the comments and DID say where the source came from. The release date wasn't over so you can't really say it's fake yet. These kind of rumours happened in AHS too. So why the difference to them?

Its different stating a fact to stating a rumour but they seem to have removed all there Terminal Post because I cant find the original post on facebook by them or any other posts about terminal and that post was in English. And for a time they did ignore the question. I was following it because I like Terminal and would of loved to see it as a maxi single. My point is put a bit more effort into sourcing the info before posting stuff

Every info is a rumour till official site release a statement. So far For"A"ver Club have been giving reliable news updates of ayu and they're pretty hardworking. I didn't scan through the history feed but I can tell you that the discussion of this single is still being updated in their close group (a delay of the release is announced by the member).
In the group, a member stated the source came from a insider working close/with avex. Note that they release the info of PS 1st before others announce and then cancelled the release. Even the local Taiwan avex announced the pre orders which is still going on (release date : 2014/10/22).
Seeing the way how avex release their information it's not surprising to me that they had the correct info but the management are still thinking over whether or not to execute this plan. It's a suicide mission to release this after seeing how colours had fair.

Back to your 1st post, I was referring to the yahoo.tw new post which you had mention they didn't state the source. Yahoo.com.tw is the source of their news. As to where Yahoo.com.tw get their source, it's obviously just a speculation. You might wana ask yahoo.com.tw where they get their source if you like...

I found it on google map/street view LOL her house is on a corner lot..that area is supposedly called the "beverly hills of japan", as its on a hill and you can see mt.fuji on a clear day

Also, if Ayu did say she had "architectural input" on the house, she wasn't lying. This was what the house looked like in 2010. She fuckin' remodeled that shit to hell and back. I can only imagine how much she changed the inside.
