Didn't one of our members almost have Ayu head to Australia for a performance at an event? The cost of getting her though was insane apparently so it was not in the cards. Would be neat if she did shoots there if not to perform.

You're looking at fully paid flights for at least 10 staff/entourauge as well as rooms, food, an appearance fee etc. There was a minimum star rating for rooms and flights had to be first class. We calculated it because I couldn't believe it was being offered to us but it was easily in excess of $150K back then and prices would have gone up in the last 5 years.

Short of having a Saudi oil baron on our organising committee it's price prohibitive for all but super rich events, because even if Ayu came it's no guarantee that you'd make that $$$$$+ back let alone profit.
