In the video, i think she said the creator of the dress is the same of the shoes.
-[...] doresu n naka, ashi ga miru to kore chanto ... kutsu? -Kutsu kawaiku na~ -Sugoi kawaii! -Nee, kutsu wo kimete doresu tsukuta. Maybe i'm wrong with this though,,
