The only thing that bothers me about this album release is that the songs from the singles are not included. Well, I can live without Brighter Day, but I really wanted TSUKI and Neonlight Lipstick on the album

^ I feel the complete opposite of you, lol. Neonlight Lipstick will be ~18 months old by the time _genic comes out, and I just...don't need it on there. I don't need TSUKI after it already made an appearance on Ballada either.

I may actually buy Brighter Day tho.

She says that the songs doesnt fit with the new album, which you can translate as "I dont give a f... if TSUKI and Brighter Day were hits, I will not included the last singles because I can do wathever I want"

I just listened to the full album preview. and omg! hot damn!

I can't believe all of the bitching going on here. To me it sounds like Feel ver. 2.0 and I love Feel....so I don't see the problem here. To me all of the tracks sounded great.

And the lyrics? Ok, #1 Japanese fans do not give a crap about English lyrics and if they are good/deep etc etc., #2 when have Namie's songs ever been about the lyrics? I'm a huge Namie fan, but am I missing something here? And in terms of English lyrics in Japanese pop, I have heard far far faaaaar worse.

Just think of Hide & Seek, Do Me More, Fast Car, WILD, etc.
Seriously, Japanese lyrics didn't make a Namie's song more deep than her other that was mostly in English.
The preview's awesome in music quality and her vocal's greater than FEEL.
I'm glad that Namie's never made a song, MV or her voice dramatically chessy like WARNING.

I don't really look for depth in my pop songs, but I think it's just the repetitive nature of the lyrics that got to me. The fact they're just excerpts lets me keep hope that the full album will just sound less 'samey' lyrics-wise when everything is in full.

That cheesiness is called emotion Although I agree Ayu puts too much emotion into her stuff at times, at least its there. I would actually die of happiness if Namie portrayed emotion anywhere near that level

This is pretty much why I won't like this album, because I don't like FEEL at all.

I want this album to leak ASAP so I can get the three songs I care about and listen to them nonstop while I wait for the next single.

There you go. If you do like a song a lot (even just raving to it) and you would like to sing it or sing along with namie, it will somehow start to get annoying singing the same stuff. Sing yeah oh round and round, let's party dance I'm a diva (and in one album).
Even kuu knows how to mix it up better, and in Japanese/Engrish.

I'm kind of glad there aren't singles on the album, somehow. It'll sound a lot more fresh and exciting that way. And yeah, I never understood "editing" albums in your music player. That's listening to a playlist, not an album. It just happens that a lot of great single material is not included in the album. It's not the first or last time that happens.

Namie doesn't reuse songs she's realised before on her albums. Sure she's done it, but not often at all. . causing the loss of many gems like beautiful....
