I definitely remember someone reporting on the falling dancer back when the tour was happening.

It looks as though both the alterna ball malfunction AND the dancer falling were the same show.

edit: So the dancer falling was the first awaits a show and the cage malfunction was the second night...yikes, haha! But good on her and her team for being able to improvise in the moment
