I personally wouldn't spend my money of these TIMED EXCLUSIVES because they are quite pointless lol also how can you steal something that has been shared by someone who paid for it? I mean in the cases of fan clubs that's exactly what it is! It's purely the moral side of the members themselves. People who are not in TA cannot share stuff they have no access to, so blame your own kind for doing this. I've had friends sharing their membership info with me to access the continent and i never even had a though to share the stuff with someone. If you wanna share something do it within the very very small circle of people you know, cuz once it reaches places like forums, you have no control over where it would end up later.
Also i don't know anyone who have ever said that FC members have to share stuff. I think people just got used to that stuff getting out, so they assume it will happen and get surprised when it doesn't. Once again, blame your own kind that belong to those FC members who DO SHARE publicly constantly..

as everyone knows i dislike fan clubs because they divide fans into groups and get elitism going, but i'm actually in for banning posting full continent of FC material on here. It would save some energy and space and the forever not ending bitching on how someone shared what and how bad it is would finally end.
If it leaked online and someone mentioned that, fine, go look for it yourself, but don't bring the actual thing to the forum. Cuz i'm, too, quite frankly tired of the same old discussion about how it's wrong and how everyone is mad about it. lol It brings you nowhere.

Do you know that "share" behaviour already affect ayu??
Because of some TA feel that its not exclusive anymore they stop renew their membership. And TA members are decreased. Do you know why Ayu do the TA tour?? Because she want to attract them to comeback to TA. Thats why the next concert called TA Tour.

And about something "not so exclusive" things that will release for public. Actually if no members shared the whole video and the video only stay in TA website. Its exclusive, because at first TA members only that can see and know the song. Even though later it will get release. And probably TA members will get the Full PV not the short version. But because of some kind reason of sharing things, they already know it will happen, they just gave the short version.

You can shared it if you want but not the whole video.. pic or the song only its enough.. C'mon guys this "sharing" attitude that makes TA not exclusives anymore.. You don't respect TA members its okay, but pls respect the one who do all the hard work (Ayu)

Yeah i don't care if other fans can see the TA stuff and get excited about it privately, but once something is on this forum you can't stop fans from bringing it to facebook/youtube/dailymotion and it's ruining Ayu's good intention. Maybe restraining AHS won't do much because there are still chinese fans who LOVE to share and leak things (which is not always bad because we owe every early CD leaks to them and we're grateful for that!) but it's always better than nothing to at least try!

^^lol oh i get it, trust me it's not the first fandom i'm in and not the first who has the same problem... 90% of folks don't even remember AYU when something leaks, they are just worried that the shit they pay for gets out into the light and people who don't have the membership gets to see it. I can guarantee you that Ayu and the label is the last thought on their minds when this happens lol and you have to admit it's kind of understandable lol

also you still don't seem to be able to grasp the fact that things that are scheduled for release will be released and what's so exclusive about seeing it a couple of weeks earlier? NOTHING, in fact you didn't even get the whole thing, while it will be out of music tv stations around the country and it will be shared around fully for FREE online. In the end those who didn't pay will get more then than those who actually spent the money and got the short version before I actually find it kind of funny lol now if they have shared a demo of the whole thing with TA, now THAT would be exclusive and special, that's a fact.

as an other example take that recording that someone did and shared on here of the concert with the previews of the new songs and asked not to share it elsewhere. They poped up on Ayu's Facebook groups not long after. I mean if people don't respect each other's requirements after they shared something, how can you expect them to think about Ayu or the label? lol seriously.

Thats why i said TA is not exclusive anymore.. Because of that sharing behaviour... If something that use to stay on TA always stay in TA for such of time until it officially release in public. I think they will gave the full PV instead of short version. But because of that, even for TA members they gave the short version. Because between several minutes it will get up somewhere...

And because of that, they put less effort in TA website.. Shared the demo and later it will up somewhere again? Its still not exclusive. It is just your wish.. Before we have TA message video made by Ayu, and it still shared somewhere else right? So its still useless.. Thats why they put less effort to TA this day..

I was thinkng of joining but hearing that the blog entries arent being translat ed regularly as promised iniially, there is no real point. However, I do agree that fanclub members should get exclusives, but I think its sily of avex to make these exlusives digital and not physical bonuses. I feel that in this day and age everybody shares everything, japanese people included.

If I was a TA member id be more upset that the content I paid to receive became freely available much more than id be concerned about how is hurting Ayu and her livelihood lol

But I have to ask, do we know for certain that japanese fans cancelled their memberships specifically because TA feels nonexclusive and not because they got fed up with say being lied to about Love and Again or the Maro situation etc etc? Im honestly asking because I dont go on Japanese message board or read what TA members say anywhere.

I don't really have specific data about it.. But for sure, they always getting angry when something that should be special for them, and someone just take it and post it somewhere. You know Japanese always strict about it. Even about the concert setlist.

Not only Japanese TA you know, even foreigner TA also dissapointed, you can read several pages behind on this thread. About the special goods i do agree maybe avex should give something exclusive things to fans, but it will cause lots of money. Specially for TA who lives outside Japan. Handle fee from Tenso, shipping fee. They maybe think about that also. If they only send special thing to Japanese TA, i'm pretty sure the foreigners TA members will also be upset..

One thing that i know, right now ayu trying so hard to get back the TA members. Doing a concert with 15 or more dates only for TA, usually after finished the concert she just have a relax time to enjoy life until the preparation of CDL.

I mean, sure, FC tours are meant to be something special for FC fans. But why should doing a FC tour imply she's losing FC fans?

I'm not too sure about that. I think she's totally fine. with that.

On the other hand I do believe TA lost something from its meaning with those changes.
Physical goodies are, apart from the ticket lotteries/concerts and personal blogs, one big advantage to get from a FC imo.
And I don't see such a big deal in sharing stuff online from FCs in general normally.
It's just part of media today.
First thought to join FC should always be, cause you're a big fan of the artist and want to support him/her imo.

^^lol but the point is people who belong to the fan club shares that stuff, we that are not on there cannot access the stuff in the first place. The members themselves are at fault for spreading that.

As for making it undownloadable. I guess there are ways but people can record stuff from their screens there's a software for everything in this day and age. I don't think you can do much about it.
I do think Ayu responding to the problem would make more people think before they do this, because i've seen artists do that and it kind of helped, but still people kept sharing lol So really, you can't really do much about it.
And yeah doing concerts for FC members strictly isn't anything new. GACKT has them every year, a specially concert with a hangout somewhere in the world. It costs a bad zillion of money though since they go to places like LA, Hawaii, France and boa boa lol
