Ayu possibly leaving Twitter? (her Twitter is now a staff account)

I was expecting so when the bio was changed to ayumi hamasaki OFFICIAL TWITTER. The management probably doesn't want ayu to create more buzz and rumours on tabloid so they decided to control her social media presence? :/ kinda sad we won't be able to read her 'personal' messages anymore. D:

Well, sometime last week she posted an image with her in a guy's arms with some cryptic hashtags. (#Let's forget something little by little #Let's look forward to something new #bye bye MyLove #hello MyLove in Japanese) which was SUPPOSED to be followed by a positive tweet but instead she kind of waited and people speculated based on that picture that she was divorced.

She deleted that tweet and then posted this message after blocking a handful of fans.

そりゃ分かり合えないこともあるよ、他人同士だもん。だからって分かり合えない部分を責めてた ら解決しない よね。許し合うのは容易くないけど解決に繋がるね。

A few days later, she deleted this message and a few other tweets. And since then her Twitter has been kind of in limbo until the 'rebirth'. Even though we know what is going on, I'm still worried for her.

This uncertainty makes me sick to my stomach. I don't come to the site a lot, but I have been a major fan for many years now. Ayumi means the world to me, and seeing her messages on Twitter when she would post over the last few years has made me feel like the connection was open between her and us fans. It's direct and meaningful. From her heart. Beyond being sad about not knowing what's happening, first and foremost I really hope Ayu is OK. She deserves happiness, and it breaks my heart to think she might be sad, upset, hurt or anything like that…

I wonder if they're going through her tweets and deleting all the ones that have pictures of her in them or any fan interactions. It looks as though they recovered a good amount of tweets despite many of them being 'deleted'.

It feels kind of, sympathetic to her.
Because, for example, if something really bad is going on in my life, I would usually tweet something really emotional/hint on twitter. We all do that. But she's not allowed to.

And if avex is doing this to protect further rumors and her public image then, well, I guess :-/

It seems she had intended to follow-up the tweet with something happy before all this drama started.

Hmm I think it might be a wise decision. It's sad it had to come to this, but I also felt she was hurting rather than helping herself with her tweets sometimes.

I'm actually quite surprised by this.

There had to be an enormous amount of negative tweets, or a few really super negative ones, that must have set her off?

She was one of the highest profile celebrities that really helped kickstart Twitters popularity in Japan, yeah? (Not the first, but one of them.)

I mean honestly I don't really use Twitter. And now TA has just become far more interesting again. The moment she started using Twitter, her updates to TA seemed like after thoughts.

But that's besides the point. The point is that she seemed to really enjoy using Twitter and ineraction between fans, but something set her off to the point that she's no longer going to regularly use it.

I honestly don't think this is Avex. Her image wasn't really affected by this...it was barely news. I think this is her decision. Which worries me.

And I can't help but think those were lyrics (the ones after You & Me's lyrics) and that the "happy information" could have been new song stuff. But who knows now...



Although I -do- think that a lot of Japanese fans wish she hadn't gotten married and still have this fantasy that she'll be with Nagase. And perhaps they secretly wish for her relationship to fail? Japanese fans are really fickle when it comes to their idols having relationships/marriage. Unless you're a man, that is.

maybe shes getting too many crazy fans on twitter or those depressive fans how try and get a response out of her. Sad she cant emote herself if that is the case. It seems avex is trying to tighten the grip on her again. And her stupid jumping to conclusions fans need a bonk on the head and be sent to time out lol. It all seems kind of confusing and the reasoning's, but maybe shes like, 'you cant deal with my tweets and make fake stories from them, then I wont do it'. But I guess the real problem is her parasite fans. Though I though she had a private twitter too, but I guess some fans are not ready for photos of her private life she wants to share. And its ayumi, shes known for ambiguous messages lol
She may of escaped the cage of avex grasp, but she seems far from being free

Her Japanese fans can be real nasty pieces of work
And its just sad when you think about it. And they wonder why she like's her time in America so much. Its her life let her live, shes done nothing wrong, its just crazy fans who feel like they own her.
A real step back in human development this behavior.

But I am happy if this give's ayu piece of mind she doesn't need this pointless blah

How sad. I saw that weird cryptic tweet some time ago and I worried a little, but I figured she was either teasing at new work/songs/a concept. If she really was driven off by negative fans, that's quite depressing. It's also really surprising. I wonder what they could have been saying to get to her like that? She usually seems quite resilient to this kinda talk.

I understand the decision, considering what happened last week, but it is unfortunate.
The saddest thing about it, is that she is even more disconnected from us. Let's see if that goes well.
I hope it did not stop her from sharing personal stuff with TA.
