I'm not even sure why they advertised the start date as 3/28, a MONDAY... Aren't most Oricon releases put out on a Wednesday?!

EDIT: Because A BEST was released on 28.3.2001... This is such a dumb idea though. Just put it out on 3/23 and call it an anniversary.
