I tried to translate "FLOWER". And when I say tried then I mean tried. I'm not good with translating. And I can't really make out some parts. Like most of the second verse gets buried under the heavy guitar sound. It would be a lot easier with the official lyrics.
It's not a skillful translation, but I think it helps to get the overall meaning across.

FLOWER is anger but Mad World is truly a sad sounding song, i love how she conveys her feelings so well by the way she sings it

I went into listening to this album with massive expectations, and it backfired. I'm glad that so many people on here love this album, but eh, it isn't for me. Everything sounds strangely 'samey', even if the instrumentation is different (arrangements are the issue I think). You are the only one is the standout track for me, I hope everything else will grow on me.

Yeah, Mad World is my favorite. I felt relieved she went for a rockier route which works to enhance her current vocal range rather than work against it. Also, I felt the albums works are a good example of how one can change while still keeping true to what has come to define you and your sound. The first 4 tracks (including interlude) are the standouts for me. I enjoy a few others, but basically I got the same amount of standouts from A ONE. Never-the-less, I'm glad she seems to have finally been pointed in the right direction, and hoping she continues walking down that pathway.

And to think, I was going to just go to sleep after getting off work. But something told me, "Go check AHS real quick."

I know my opinion is invalid because I'm probably the only veteran ayu fan left who still thinks she shits gold, but this album is truly amazing.

I was surprised to the extent she experimented with not only the arrangements but the melodies also. The album feels very cohesive and not just because it is following a theme but because it is telling a story. I feel like everything from COLOURS onward has been leading up to this album. You can hear many influences from COLOURS, A ONE and sixxxxxx on here; each album better than its predecessor leading up to the climax which is MADE IN JAPAN. As always, I'm excited to see where she goes from here, but I have a feeling it won't be easy to top this album.

I felt it too. And after lisening to Survivor for the first time I ran to watch the live performance of INSPIRE from the My Story tour. If a perfomance for Survivor is anything like that I'll die happy.

same here. I think what got me was her vocals in the higher notes in the chorus, she just sounds so angelic. It's the same voice piece we got with My Style. And i absolutely loved it in there. I wish we would hear more of it.
This song if probably my favourite in the whole album and i'm, too, not a balad person, really.
