People like Return Road but hate the PV, I think.

call and Letter are doomed to be in meaning of Love status even though they're okay. Last Links is probably more well liked than all three of those, lol.

I've been an Ayu fan for over 10 years and have been on AHS like... 7? Now. Something like that. And I was really surprised that people didn't like the GIFT because I absolutely love it. I love that piano, especially at the beginning and the end, I love her voice, the arrangement. It was a different type of ballad for her and that made me love it all the more. I especially loved the fact that she loved it so much, which shows in her singing, I feel. I wish she'd perform it.

That said, though, it definitely wasn't the first time that I was on the opposite side of the spectrum when it came to love/hate for Ayu songs. Like, I personally cannot stand STEP you yet the majority here (or at least from what I've seen) are in love with that whole concept that she did with the song/the MV. I mean, I swear if I hear that 'so one, two, three, four, you and me~' one more time...

STEP you's video was gorgeous. The song is nice too but I am kinda tired of it after seeing it done all cutesy at all lives.

tasuku rearranging some of her cuter stuff like Ladies Night ~another night~ or STEP you ~another step~ would be awesome.

teens is a cover and it's originally by TRF. There's only the acoustic version sadly. But she did perform it in the encore of AT06!

To be honest, I think it was the cutesy performances that just killed the song for me. I'm not the biggest fan of cutesy performances, especially with that high-pitched voice. It's just not my cup of tea. xD

Cutesy does no justice to any of those songs. :/

I SO wish she didn't go cutesy for those songs... Ladies Night especially. I mean that song is dark melodically & lyrically, and the bubblegum synth in the arrangement is really awesomely dissonant with that - I thought the PV was an EXCELLENT match for it.

Yes! It was this performance, with HONEY and Angel's song.
It's an insult to vogue to sing it with those cutesy crap...

Well, for ANGEL'S SONG performance she only put a pink coat with wings over that dress, didn't she? I don't like that pink outfit at all but that's matter of taste. I do agree though that this vogue performance wasn't that cute. However, HONEY was as well as ANGEL'S SONG and as much as I love both songs but that performance was not my cup of tea

Edit: Now that I watch that vogue performance I'm reminded of how much I love that song. It's so awesome! <3

I do like the sense of irony that the Vogue performances tend to have. Ayu looking like a young girl performing while giving a sweet and cute smile to the public about how her petals will soon fall and she will be forgoten.
