G isn't bad with lyrics whatsoever, they are quite poetic for sure but they tend to go from song to song.

He recorded a music video for it that is being released on Youtube on 1/1, so I imagine the song will be released in some format even if only digital only.

I disagree about his lyrics. The music has always been more of his talent. His early lyrics aren't bad, but for ballads in particular, they are very typical and safe and quite repetitive lyric wise. I would not put lyricism as one of his strongest assets.

That's what i meant. His writting isn't bad as a stand alone piece but when you have such a vast amount of stuff they are a lot alike, usually built around lost love and stuff like that. They are beautiful but they are the same theme wise in a lot of his ballads and not just in them. He's not exploaring a lot of themes for sure or different pov's.

I hope we'll get the studio version released in at least digital format.
