It looks like if they need to, they will give you a ticket to get in depending on how packed it is.
https://sum-cafe.jp/ It's at where MILK CAFE was before and up until this week, an SM Entertainment pop-up cafe was. I imagine the bottles and hamburgers are similar to what was available at Sum-Cafe. Hopefully we get some neat pictures of the inside and the menu items!
