Tenso is not affected by the ban because it's considered shipping within Japan. But their shipping options just don't compare to how inexpensive and fast the shipping is directly from Amazon.co.jp

Does the ban apply to any sale or just if you buy it from Amazon?
I doubt secondhand/used items would count.
I've wanted to use Amazon.jp but I get too intimidated and don't learn how to use it.
