On the day you'll generally be able to get a free item by showing your digital membership card. When I went in 2015 I got a coloured ribbon for that date's concert. You can win bigger stuff if you're lucky like an autograph or limited run item. I think the coasters are the freebie this leg of the tour

The coasters are not for TA, they give it to you if you spend at least 6000 yen on goods ^^ iirc the TA booth gift this year is a postcard, but it's first come first served, and since we can usually only get the tickets one hour before the doors open, they can run out of gifts sometimes...

To get the freebie you need to show up at the TA booth and show them your concert ticket and the digital membership card. They don't give the gifts at the entrance to the venue
