So tickets are on sale now for overseas members until 11:59 through the fanclub. Does the earlier you enter the lottery have any effect on the seats you get / results of the lottery? For example, if someone enters right as the lottery opens and someone enters an hour before it closes, do they have the same chances of getting a ticket? How "randomized" is it?

I suppose there is no way for anyone to know the answer to this question, lol.

i don't think there's actually an effect although i always tend to enter the lottery minutes after it opens every single time. Let's see what happens this time since i'm four days late lol
