Thank you for the translation, tenshi. I wonder if she still feels this way, regarding her bad luck in her love-life (and has her relationship with her mother improved anyhow?). I wish Ayu the best in her life and I hope she will find the right person. I have so much respect for this woman; how she always - always moved on, no matter what. Also, it was not really news, but Ayu recording her debut-single, knowing she will miss out on her grandmother's funeral is the most heartbreaking decision I have ever read about.
One question tenshi, the first question 'Have you ever thought about suicide?' Is that really, really the first question of this interview. I know the rates in Japan are unfortunately very high, but still I find it so... uncommon to ask.

You're welcome, y'all

The book actually has 2 long interviews (which are more like conversations because the interviewer talks a lot too) and then there's a section with questions. I only translated part of the questions section. Last edited by tenshi no hane; 10th July 2017 at 01:29 PM. |
