It's a nice workout after 10 routines or so.
Doesn't do much, but it's good cardio... or .. kind of..

The most active ParaPara I know of is probably Easy Busy by Kiki & Kika. You, like, jog in place in that one, so its a little more active than some other routines, I suppose. lol. I was actually thinking of that yesterday. I was like "I wonder how much of a workout this is?...... Probably not much..."
