They didn't chart on September 22, 23 and 24 neither, but the album was released on September 19 in Korea, so I thought maybe some shops were somehow able to sell it then, that's why I checked earlier charts just in case as well ^^
Hmm I guess it could be because it's imported, though it's kinda weird... So it's not necessarily chart manipulation?
