There's some photoshop actions around her ear. Just zoom in. Different earring removed? That big one looks suspicious too.

In the earlier pictures she posted she is also wearing the hoop earring, so I think it is definitely there (unless she edited even the offshoots). On her left ear she has a second piercing (I think she actually has 3 lobe piercings on each ear), and a second earring visible in one of the pictures. Maybe they edited out the other earring in her right? Or maybe they just tried to cover up a hole that didn't have an earring in it?

They also edited the piercings out in one of the other pictures, it looks like. Even so, she really just has super low piercings.
