I hope there's a chance that CAROLS and INSPIRE will be on the TOP 30 together.

Cloud, which Oricon Style is that info from, or did CAROLS-san from Ayu!love!Ayu! cited his/her source, because when I go and verified it on the official site, it hasn't been verified yet. And besides, the week of 9/6 is not done yet.

Is this a prophecy?

I don't think it's a prophecy.
Tomorrow when you check the ORICON site, they will put up the numbers.

Oh ok! Haha, cool still! Well, at least there's a little bit of confirmation that Ayu has broken the 300 000 mark! *which apparently is getting really hard to hit nowadays*

I don't see any of Ayu's singles making it to the top 10 out of the top 100 singles (in terms of sales) of the year.

I wish we could be back in the Boys and Girls days...I think that single sold over a million. Well, at least, NOW it has.

The whole industry is down in terms of sales. Look at the comparision, Ayu is still leaps and bounce above most other popular stars.

Beter than nothing... INSPIRE wasn't actually that good... so even 300000 is a good number

300,000 is a lot nowadays in Japan!!
it's sure to make u into the top 20
there's no use comparing sales now w/ those five years ago
the whole market has collapsed

lolo66: At least, from what I've seen of the charts so far. You have acts like Southern All Stars, Hirahara Ayaka, Shibasaki Kou, Hirai Ken, Mr. Children, Hikki, B'z and perhaps a few more yet to come. That's at least 8 spots on the charts already, given that Mr. Children's "tenohira/kurumi" from last year is still floating around, and Hirai Ken is close to approaching a million with "hitomi wo tojite", Mr. Children not too far off behind. With luck, Ayu might squeeze one single in there, though it'll probably rank towards the end of the top 10. But I'm confident she'll at least land in the top 11 to top 20 band.
