When or where can we enter registration information about TA on the sales page?

oh and i'm sorry but " You are required to enter your membership ID number and your registered birth date in TeamAyu to order tickets.
Membership ID number: 10 digit numbers" but my ID have only 6 numbers ???

They sent another email correcting the info to 6 numbers
