tbqh I don't see live concerts happening again until we get a vaccine. Until there, we'll be in a sinusoidal-like situation, with periods of hard strict distancing and softer ones right after, coming back and forth. For example France had just gone back to having classes and now students got infected and things will go backwards again.
And even when we get a vaccine it won't be that fast for everyone to get it, different countries have different processes and such. It's really sad but I don't think we'll have live concerts in until late 2021
