While her voice was thin as paper during A^3, that was an extremely bad show for ayu (vocally). On the first day it sounded a lot better. It's true that her voice is not as full anymore but Promised Land was a major vocal improvement. Some higher notes were still rather thin sounding but it was mostly very good. An example of 'full vocals' in that concert would be most of snowy kiss or Song 4 u.
MY ALL sounded different, yes, but she also sang in another language (which she doesn't even speak). Also, Ayu is the same woman who recorded WHATEVER and talkin' 2 myself. Her voice changed many times over her career.
I can see where you are coming from (and there have been many ups downs when it comes to her vocals in recent years) but I wouldn't write her off like that.
