It's been announced that Matsumoto Takahiro of B'z has received the Medal with Dark Blue Ribbon.

This medal is awarded to individuals who have made generous financial contributions to the well-being of the public. Matsumoto received the award after donating private property to Toyonaka City, Osaka, where he is an honorary citizen. He made the donation hoping it would be useful to healthcare workers working in the frontline during the COVID-19 pandemic.
