My japanese is near to non-existent, but I understood it was the affected fan (they cited she recorded that video coming back from a nightclub or something and praised Ayu for defending her).

They mention the whole incident. And the girl expressed her admiration for Ayumi and also said that she doesn’t know anyone who hates her (among LGBT I think she meant) which for her it represents how good of A human being she is. She also mentions that Ayu Sent her a private message through Instagram saying sorry that because of her uploading the story She had to face that hateful comment and she was so surprised that she reached her personally
To be honest If it wasn’t because the majority of Japanese TV shows are over the top like that I would have thought Everything was prepared in advance Lol
The woman is gorgeous tho
