It sounds like retirement, which does not surprise me. Before, her health condition was only affecting her own life and she was pretty clear on going till the end.
Now that she has someone to take care of, I guess and hope she realized she may should stay healthy to experience as much of her childs life as possible. Putting a random and cryptic insta post four month ahead is not a very classy way to deal with it tho - given it is retirement indeed.
