Hmmm, probably not much point trying to look into the meaning behind this horrible title, but anyway:

Since Women is plural; "Name's" possesive; and Ayumi can mean walking/future - maybe it could be translated as or was meant to mean "Walking Women" / "Future Women".

What the... that's just a horrible name... and it's too early in the morning to listen to the CM cause I've snuck into my friend's room to use the computer... it better be damn good to make up for the title.

As for the grammatical error, they probably intended that Ayu represents all women, not just one.
