From the way it's listed on yesasia, it looks like the DVD AND the alternate covers are limited.
The CD Stand-alone version has nothing listed about alternate covers. However, on cdjapan it reads like the DVD isn't limited, but the alternate covers are, but they only come with the CD+DVD package.
