I just bought mine today at Pacific Mall at CD Dog. It cost me $40+tax.
Music HQ is SOLD OUT! already. I asked and she said it's sold out last week. I asked the shop owner about that question and she said it usually arrives one week after the release. But sometimes she said that it can arrive a few days before the release.
