That's a way for the publisher to stay out of legal problem - both the "looks a lot like" line and not providing photo (maybe it's in the paper but not online? I mean they still want you to pay for the article).

I think the point here is that some girl was photographed nude without consent and this type of behavior by photographers is simply wrong. There probably isn't a picture with this article because people might be offended by the material. Considering how young Ayumi was when she was doing those cheesecake shots, I wouldn't be terribly surprised if someone tried to take advantage of her. But without a pic, no one here knows for sure.

Bleh. There was even an AV girl who looked a LOT like Utada Hikaru, and there was this big hublagabloo about it way back. Still didn't mean it was her.

O'm sure this might have been a girl who looks a loot like ayu, but isn't her. If it were really her these photos would've surfaced wayyyyyy back in the days when she was super popular.

Anyway, this is in my opinion, pure stupid. It happened SO LONG ago, and people are only raking it up just to keep their newspaper agency's butt above the water.

I personally believe that what they have suggested is fake, however, even if so, it is ridiculous and how can people be taking other people's photos without their consent? It's just pure ridiculous and an infringement to people's privacy. Try having people take photos of your each and every single move. I mean paparazzi also need to start using their brains too. They are always snapping shots of other people, can't they just for a moment use their brains to spare some social consideration that people NEED some private space and time?

All in all, I just think this piece of news is ridiculous. It's outdated, it's hardly able to be proved with any liable evidence, I think we should all just ignore it.
