A Q about MTV Asia Awards 2001

Ayumi won the most influential japanese artist in 2002, wat about in 2001? who won the most influential japanese aritst in 2001?

Isnt 2002 the 1st mtvasiaaward we have? And somehow I feel that the award is specially created only for ayu cos she attended the event cos the subsequent years doesnt have the award

She's kinda cute when that woman says that she won the priz for the most influentioal japanese artist in asia.. I dont think she understood everything that woman said, cuz she was just standing there, looking at Sting and smiling hehe....^_^

There was no MTV Asia Awards in 2001. The one in 2002 was the very first one.

huh there were no mta asia awards in b4 2002? than there must be mtv china awards or mtv korea or something like that?

that means Ayu was the first to win the most influential artist award!! how special!

i reckon there would be no "Most influential Japanese Award" if there wasnt Ayu, maybe there weren't supposed to be one but since Ayu's fans begged for her they made one, and so they carried on with that award on the next MTV Asia's
