Video Clip ID

I've attached a collage of screencaps from a video I recently aquired. It has been titled "Ayu TV SP WOWOW" but I'm not sure if it's actually from a tv special.

The clip is about 14 minutes and has some interviews (about the Duty album) with Ayumi interspersed with clips of various "Making of"s including the trilogy, Surreal and M. There is also a male voiceover during some parts of the video.

If anyone could ID the clip, I'd really appreciate it!

WOWOW streams singer interviews from their site:

There is one with DAI up right now. Maybe that page could have been the source?

Yeah, I checked the WOWOW site but their videos are interview only (it also doesn't show clips, nor is there a voiceover). Maybe the format has changed but I'm still wary of the filename.
