so i was listening to this song "everytime" and it seems like the same music as the one from s.h.e. so i was wondering who is copying who or which song is originally from.

It's such a better version that britneys, it makes it more than tolerable even (coming from a firm britney hater that's quite a compliment).

"Everytime" is Britney's song. She's the one who wrote it too.

So yeah. S.H.E. stole Britney's song and they didn't make it better. They made it ten times worse. I could handle Britney's version perfectly. Even listen to it 10 times in a row. But i can't even listen to S.H.E.'s version. I think it's because one of them sings so badly. It hurts my ears. Britney may not be the best singer but that girl, whoever it is, have a much worse voice.

And the way they sing it just doesn't deliever any emotions. When Britney sings it, you can feel her emotions. Sometimes, she even cry by singing the song. That's because she wrote it and it means a lot to her. I think it's selfish of S.H.E. to take a such precious song to Britney and make a cover of it.

By the way...

Any covers of Britney Spear's songs sound better

First of all, i'm pretty sure that they obtained the legal rights to make a cover of this song, otherwise there'd be one hell of a courtcase if i'm not mistaken, hence they're not "stealing" britney's song.

Personally i found MORE emotion in S.H.E.'s rendition of this song than Britney's. I'm not flaming or bashing Britney here, but i personally think she lacks the ability to express emotion in her vocals. People may disagree with me on that, and they're fully entitled to, but i have never once felt even the slightest sense of emotion from a Birtney vocal performance.

Welcome to the wonderful world of business. You have to realise that it's not exactly S.H.E. taking the song, more like the record company. I'm whole heartedly willing to admit that this is probably Britney's best song, and if it's sells well, why shouldn't there be a cover in a different language? Not everybody in the world speaks English, so if it is such a good song, isn't it also selfish to deprive a non-english speaking audience of it?

Ok, I admit my comment was rude, but she's not a singer I would listen to and she lacks a lot of emotion in her singing, but a lot of respect for herself as well.

It's true also -- there would be a lot of lawsuits being thrown around if there was a problem with reproducing songs into a different language.
