It's 'Osaka Koi no Uta', the newest single.

the first two are the regular and limited editions respectively (i believe) the last two...one should be the single v, and the other is probably the limited cover that comes with the CD jacket itself. The limited versions have boxes to hold the photo cards and the CDs together, and sometimes they'll have a different cover on the inside and not a) the same cover as the limited edition's box or b) the same cover as the regular edition

What is 'the single v'? Is it something like cd+dvd?

It sounds like a good theory, that it is a cardbox wrapped around the cd.
