I have heard that it is good, though I haven't seen that one myself. I have been wanting to see it because she performs several of my favorite songs. It would give you a good idea of her earlier music, which if you liked Singer for Singer, you would probably enjoy!

I am also wanting to get Hoshizora no live- Best of Acoustic Ballade when I get the chance.

It's not a mini album, since it has umm...10 tracks. Though I've never seen any MISIA tours, I can assure you she has the most flawless live singing ever.

And oh yeah, definately buy the "Hoshizora no live- Best of Acoustic Ballade" CD if you get the chance, you'll hear me raving about it all the time, it's amazing, as good if not better than her studio vocals. And the quality of the live recording is extremely good, and very crisp, none of that excess noise with fans screaming and yelling you usually get with live recordings. You can hear that they've put alot of work into re-arranging some of the faster tracks like 'Escape' and 'Tsutsumi...something something' into a more mellow version.

So yes, that album is a top recommendation from me! I daresay I'd rate it 5 stars.

OT: She's Denise Ho [何韻詩 (AKA: Hocc)], she's a very talented Chinese singer from Hong Kong (Great live singer). The picture is the promotional picture for her upcoming 'rock musical' in September, in which her upcoming album's theme in early September will be based on. The guy lying on the floor is Endy Chow from HK, rock singer/songwriter who made his debut last year, and will be co-starring with Hocc in this musical.

I can see you some of her songs if you like, if you bugger me on MSN.

why MISIA never act like a "superstar"?
how bout chatting this?
all people know that she's really "introvert" which means she never goes out publicity
also
i think she just release too least and her OS VER. DVD usually 2 months!!! after JPN VER.

At least she has OS releases of her DVDs, some artists don't even have it.

I've read from Celes on Jpopmusic that her managment is afraid of over-exposing her (she doesn't even appear on TV lives), which thankfully doesn't affect her sales at all.

I wouldn't say she releases too few though, considering she released two brand new full length albums in 2004. Though her record label is extremely annoying for constantly pushing out compilations with the same songs over and over again.

She never appear because she is mysterious. It's part of her image. Like Koda Kumi is 'ero-kakoii', Misia is 'mysterious'. People know very few things about her, just things like her bloodtype, etc., because Rhytimedia don't let her gave interviews and such (she did an Oricon Style cover some time ago).

I don't know why they would be afraid, but maybe MISIA doesn't want that kind of exposure. It might not be a bad thing anyway. If she's not performing lives all the time she isn't as likely to wear out her beautiful voice. And she does sell really well even without that kind of promotion. It probably makes her live tours a lot more popular.

Personally, I think MISIA is really pretty. Just in a different way than many of the other Japanese pop stars.

There's no doubt that MISIA's live singing is flawless regardless of which live it is. You'll be blown away by her ability to deliver live.

'Song for you' was first released in hardcopy as a bonus along with "THE SINGER SHOW - THE TOUR OF MISIA 2005" DVD on the 7th July 2005, as for the song itself, it was made available digitally late 04/early 05.

As for LUV PARADE, it's very groovy.
