CCCD is just crap, even CCCD are easy to rip. If the disc can be played in a computer it can be ripped, that's easy...
Even if the protection is strong, all you have to do is an audio capture while the cd is playing on your computer ^^ SACD (not hybride ones) can't be played on a computer, so no rip at all ^^
