On the record, Ayumi has said that she is "around 150cm" on "Ayu Ready?". She didn't give an exact number but I don't think she is over 5 foot.

her profile's around the net say 156 cm. 156 cm is not 5 feet.

They had it as video of the day on Shakiramedia.com yesterday, but now I cant find it in performances... it was Whenever Wherever she performed though, and there's a bit at the beginning where she's standing with Ayu and being interviewed and she has a translator with her.

I realize that, but her profile does not match with what Ayumi has said in the public. If you want to check my info, look for the "Ayu Ready" episode with MiniMoni. Ai Takahashi mentioned that Ayumi could be a MiniMoni member because of her short stature. Ai is 153cm and Ayumi is not taller than her.

Back on topic, people must have eagle eyes lately because I've seen mentions of Ayumi in the bg of other people's performances all over the place, LOL!

I don't understand japanese so watching the episode would be pointless. I believe you. But Shakira seems to be taller than her.
