S.H.E fans views on copying ayu songs

I think if people want to fault SHE on the PV for it's similarity with GAME, I think I can accept that. Song-wise, yup, again, I think you'll have to like blame the composer more than SHE. SHE just sings whatever they're given!

For the PV, I'm not really sure whether the artistes have a say in it but again, I guess those people in the production team didn't do their research and homework before planning. That's all I have to say!

SHE's a good female band, they do have quite a lot of nice pop songs especially SUPERSTAR (though apparently, it's a cover song?) so I think it's ok to just appreciate what they've been doing. It's quite apparent they don't try to wholesale copy and assimilate everything Ayu's been doing (unlike others *ahem*) haha, yup, so I think it's fair enough if we give them a break.

Again, I don't think we should bother much about those unreasonable fans ... they're entitled to their own opinion. But if they badmouth, I'm quite ok with attacking them back ... hehe, okie okie, no flaming and no wars!

S.H.E's most popular song is perhaps "Superstar", which is often mistakenly thought to have been originally titled, "Chyna Girl" and sung by Sweetbox. In actuality, the song was produced for S.H.E by Geo, who then ported the tune back to his home country of Germany for his band, Sweetbox.

nope, I NEVER EVER listen to chinese music, dont understand Chinese even though I'm half-chinese.. S.H.E. isnt that popular here, only Chinese fans love them, particularly Selina or someone like that.

I typed paragraphs on the issue before and I'm too lazy to do it again. Just proves that stupidity continues on despite one's best efforts to educate the other. They are both produced by the same parent company Avex and its subdivisions respectively. SHE is not "copying" Ayu. Merely the stuff they produce is recycled. Thats the way both the music industry, fashion and even movie industry work. How many remakes of classic movies have you seen? or perhaps you might realize that last seasons trend in fashion might have been popular 20 something odd years ago? Get a grip on reality people. Neither SHE or Ayu have really anything to do in this. They just happen to be the two artists groups chosen to sing similar songs. Now all you people quit ***** and shut the **** up.

Yea... its okay if they fall head over heels for S.H.E., but comments without actual backing realli turns people off! Moreover, i dun think its the Singers that we'd most pissed with, but comments by some immature one-sided fans...


Actually, if u realli listen closely to the song, the tune is almost identical... try singing About You the same time as the song by S.H.E. is played... i was able to do that and blend in with the music of the song, so they should be the same...

Not that i'm against S.H.E or anything, i actually like some of their songs... its those comments that actually pisses me off... Also, why don't they credit the original when doing covers? it'd be so unfair to the composer...
