7-8 New album tracks & 7-8 single tracks seems pretty bad. I wish she didn't have so many singles. Bold & Delicious seems so unnecessary as a single. ><;

But LOVEppears had even less album tracks and is considered really good. I guess it all depends on the positioning of the songs and how good the album tracks are.

Probably.. but you'd better keep an eye on them since I do believe they sell really fast. If I do remember well MY STORY OS Versions, limited edition were really sold off fast.

the most important thing is the complete album as a whole, not the amount of new tracks.. They more singles an album has, the more it will be anticipated and the more it will sell, so Bold&Delicious is defenitely a nice addition. Also, if you look at MY STORY (13 new songs, 4 songs from singles), there were quite alot of song that weren't so important. Only "moments", "inspire", "game", "carols" and the 3 new promoted albumtracks (about you, walking proud, humming 7/4) were anticipated tracks. Fortunately, 'my name's women' was found important enough to make a PV for later on..

On this album, we'll get at least 8 highly anticipated tracks (STEP you, is this LOVE?, fairyland, alterna, HEAVEN, Will, Bold&Delicious, Pride) and probably a few good promoted albumtracks aswell. That's about the whole album. So an album full of anticipated songs. As a whole, that's alot better than an album with more new, lesser anticipated, songs.

STORY was supposed to have 15 tracks when it was first announced too, but it ended up having 17 tracks. I think this new album might have about the same. I think there will be 2 or 3 interludes (including an introduction like "catcher in the light" and "everlasting dream" that DOES have lyrics).

Anyway, it seems as if almost all tracks of this album will have a story of it's own. Either it's a song used in a single or it's an important album tracks that most likely will get a PV and lives. Doesn't that sound great?

Maybe her single sales haven't been that great cos people wisened up after the INSPIRE single and decided to wait for the album.

double the singles, double the promotion, souble the sales hopefully... I want it to sell more than 2.5 million..

Yeah, that is true. Right after I ordered the different covers os version, it went out of stock! I was lucky, but I hope it won't go out so fast this time. I hope there'll be different covers this time too!

YesAsia are taking first press pre-orders now, but it's no guarantee you'll get one. They'll only get in a certain number of first press sets, and will send those out until there's none left. After that, they'll send out regular sets. I suppose if you pre-order early enough you might have a better chance of getting one. Maybe CDJapan has a better system, I've never ordered from them, though, so I don't know.

I'm pretty sure both sites will have plenty of copies available for people who preordered. If they don't then I'll be pissed!

I don't know about CDJapan, but I know for a fact that's what YesAsia does. They won't get huge numbers of first press sets in, so as soon as they run out they'll just send out the regular copies. There's a link on the new album's details page on the global site, stating that it comes with extras, and a link to a page that says even though you have pre-ordered a first press item, you may not get one if they run out. Ordering early enough means a better chance of getting one, that's usually the way it works, in my experience anyway. They'll get enough copies of the album in for everyone, but they'll only get a certain amount of first press copies, just like stores will only get a certain amount too. It's all first-come, first get.
