Well, I would have to say "Carols S.T.F Remix" but if you mean the mixes that have been released with the singles, I would say the only good ones are...

Dance/Techno Type:

Heaven "House Mix"
Will "Wall5 Remix"

Acoustic/Orchestral:

Heaven "Piano Version"
Fairyland "Acoutic Piano" (from the "Fairyland" photo gallery slideshow)
Heaven "Acoustic Piano" (from the "Heaven" photo gallery slideshow)

I didn't like any of the others that much, especially the remixes on the Fairyland single
