does anyone know when Ai Otuka's new album, Love Cook, will see an overseas release? how about the new Ayumi Miss Understood?

Judging from the her other releases, I'd expect OS to be out within two weeks of the Japanese version.

Yup. OS Versions are released around 1 or 2 weeks later than the Japanese Versions usually.
