Congrats to her, she's achieving a lot this year.

But this whole 'I never wear a bra' thing is the thing that makes me wonder if she'll last. I mean, she needs this to make everybody pay attention?

I think that person is emphizing the fact that a lot of Kumi's outfits don't involve bras. Not all of what she wears though.
